We've recently completed a project, updating Conewango Township's municipal building. Our goal was to improve the energy efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
From October 2008 to February 2009, the Conewango Township's gas bill was $4,054. After the changes we made (insulation, new windows, new doors, new HVAC equipment), the same bill from October 2009 to February 2010 was $1,740. The 57% energy savings was well over our projected savings of 20-25%. This data is a testament to our real-world approach to green architecture, providing proof that simple steps can result in great savings. See the full article here.
