Market Street Dental

 Challenge:  To take an existing 30-40 year old dental practice and increase the operatories by 100%, modernize the facility to state of the art, provide more efficient use of space, make the office handicapped accessible and fit the program within an extremely tight site. All of this needed to be done while keeping the dental office open and fully functional with few or no interruptions and without the loss of parking during construction.

Solution:  Designs were developed to enlarge entryways, expand waiting areas, and partition off lab space and office areas to clearly separate public waiting / reception areas from treatment areas.  Handicapped accessible elements were introduced into the project to make the building more user friendly and accessible.
